Ciudad Ojeda electrical substation explosion causes power outages

An explosion at an electrical substation in Ciudad Ojeda, Zulia state, caused widespread power outages in the Libertad parish and surrounding sectors on the morning of September 6. The blast, which occurred near the Constitución neighborhood, was heard by residents across various parts of the city.
