Ciudad Real announces participants for 2026 Christmas celebrations

The Asociación de Belenistas de Ciudad Real has announced the participants for its 2026 Christmas celebrations. The traditional gala is scheduled for November 28 at the Teatro Municipal Quijano.

Sevillian artist and restorer Antonio Díaz Arnido has been selected to create the Christmas poster. Journalist Ángel Expósito will deliver the Christmas proclamation, and the Orquesta de Cámara Orfeo will provide the musical performance for the event.

The gala serves as a prelude to the inauguration of the Municipal Monumental Nativity Scene at the Antiguo Casino. The initiative, which has evolved over 14 years, has seen increasing attendance, leading to its relocation to the larger Quijano theater in recent years.
