Ciudad Real bullfighting discussions resume for August fair

The Ateneo Taurino Manchego has resumed its bullfighting discussion groups (tertulias) in conjunction with the August bullfighting fair in Ciudad Real. These meetings bring together bullfighters, breeders, enthusiasts, and city representatives to analyze the daily events held at the Juan Pérez Ayala arena.

Mar Sánchez, the Councilor for Festivities, noted the high expectations for this edition, which features a mix of prominent figures, local bullfighters, and rising talent. Antonio Espada, president of the Ateneo Taurino Manchego, emphasized that these sessions provide a platform for diverse perspectives on the performances occurring throughout the festival cycle.
