Ciudad Real hosts International Inline Freestyle Campus with 78 skaters from five nations
The city of Ciudad Real in Spain is holding the International Inline Freestyle Campus from now until 7 August, bringing together 78 young skaters from Spain, Italy, India, Poland and Brazil.
Organised by Club Sportia together with the Ayuntamiento de Ciudad Real, the municipal sports board and the provincial deputation, the event takes place at the Residencia Universitaria Felipe II. Participants train under world and European champions in slalom, slides, free jump, speed slalom and skate cross, and also enjoy activities such as a day at Playa Park, a visit to the Puy du Fou theme park and a tour of the city’s heritage sites. Sports councilor Pau Beltrán said the campus reinforces Ciudad Real’s reputation as a hub for grassroots sport and cultural exchange.
