Ciudad Real municipal pools reopen after renovations

Municipal winter swimming pools in Ciudad Real are beginning their new season following significant facility improvements. The local Sports Board has completed renovations at the Puerta de Santa María and the Rey Juan Carlos Sports Center to ensure optimal conditions for users.

At the Puerta de Santa María facility, the shower areas in both male and female changing rooms have been completely renovated, including the installation of a new thermoregulation system. At the Rey Juan Carlos Sports Center, works focused on repairing deficiencies in the winter pool basin. The total investment for these specific improvements exceeded 15,000 euros, part of an annual maintenance and startup budget of approximately 800,000 euros for the two facilities.
