Ciudad Victoria approves Puerto Seco urban development plan

The Victoria City Council has approved the Partial Urban Development Plan for the Puerto Seco, a strategic planning instrument designed to establish Ciudad Victoria as an economic development hub in central Tamaulipas.

Supported by Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya and Mayor Lalo Gattás, the project aims to attract new investments and diversify the local economy. The 200-page document was developed through professional analysis in compliance with federal urban development legislation. It has received a congruence ruling from the state and federal Secretarías de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente (SEDUMA) and will proceed toward official publication in the State Official Gazette.
