Civic action in Conakry and political shifts in Senegal

In Conakry, Guinea, former presidents of special delegations from 13 communes participated in a sanitation operation at the Matoto-Parc market. Matoto Mayor Moussa Diallo noted that the former officials, who served between 2024 and 2026, aimed to maintain civic engagement and contribute to urban development despite no longer holding administrative roles.
