Civic and educational programs conclude in Burkina Faso and Senegal

Various educational and civic initiatives have concluded in West Africa. In Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, the National Coordination of Citizen Watch Associations (CNAVC) Houet section completed a month of free vacation classes at Ouezzin Coulibaly High School. The program benefited approximately one hundred students transitioning from the 4th to the 3rd grade. Participants received certificates and school supplies to support their continued studies.

In Saint-Louis, Senegal, Université Gaston Berger (UGB) concluded a 15-day civic and citizenship camp held in partnership with the military. The program, which involved the army, gendarmerie, police, and customs, trained 400 students in discipline and national responsibility. University officials expressed satisfaction with the results, aiming to use these students as models for campus citizenship and to make the program a permanent fixture.
