Civico Istituto Musicale Lodovico Rocca opens polyphonic choir registrations

The Civico Istituto Musicale 'Lodovico Rocca' in Alba has opened registrations for its renewed polyphonic choir. The program aims to combine musical quality with community engagement through weekly study sessions, regular concert performances, and collaborations with various ensembles and orchestras.

Led by conductor Sonia Franzese, who has collaborated with institutions such as Teatro alla Scala and the Puccini Festival, the choir is open to teenagers and adults over the age of 16. No prior musical knowledge is required for participation.

Sessions will be held every Wednesday from 18:45 to 20:45 at the institute in Alba, starting November 4, 2026. While the choir is free for students already enrolled in the institute's disciplines, external participants are required to pay an annual fee.
