Cividale del Friuli library system launches storytelling map

The Sistema Bibliotecario del Cividalese has launched the ‘Ducato delle Voci Narranti’, a new map designed to promote reading through volunteer-led storytelling. The initiative provides a shared annual calendar of read-aloud sessions held across various local libraries, including those in Buttrio, Cividale del Friuli, Corno di Rosazzo, Moimacco, Premariacco, Remanzacco, and Torreano.

Some scheduled events will also take place at the National Archaeological Museum of Cividale del Friuli. Daniela Briz, president of the library system, noted that volunteers are a fundamental resource for the community, helping to transform reading into a moment of social connection for children and families.
