Civil Aviation Authority Undersecretary discusses strategic development

Abdulraqib Abdulqawi, the Undersecretary of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, held an extensive meeting with assistant undersecretaries, general managers, and department heads to discuss organizational performance and strategic development.

The meeting focused on enhancing institutional work, improving employee discipline, and monitoring the implementation of strategic plans aimed at upgrading the authority's services in civil aviation and meteorology. Discussions included reviewing past achievements, addressing operational challenges, and setting priorities for the upcoming period to increase efficiency.

Key objectives highlighted include updating strategic plans to meet the actual needs of the aviation and meteorology sectors, developing administrative and technical infrastructure, and enhancing human resource capabilities through continuous training.
