Civil Protection Coordination conducts emergency training for state agencies
The State Civil Protection Coordination conducted training for Internal Civil Protection Units across various government agencies in the municipalities of Silao, Pénjamo, Irapuato, León, Guanajuato, Celaya, and Villagrán.
A total of 239 brigadiers from 15 state agencies participated in the program. The training included both theoretical and practical instruction in basic first aid, fire prevention and combat, search and rescue, building evacuation, and protocols for returning to activities safely following a contingency.
The initiative aims to ensure public servants can identify environmental risks, organize effectively, and respond promptly to emergencies. The training also focused on locating evacuation routes, meeting points, and emergency equipment to reduce confusion and improvisation during real-life incidents.
