Civitanova Marche Mayor Fabrizio Ciarapica faces no-confidence motion

A motion of no confidence has been officially filed against the Mayor of Civitanova Marche, Fabrizio Ciarapica. The document was signed by members of the ‘Vince Civitanova’ group, independent councilor Nicolò Renzi, and other representatives from various political backgrounds.

The proponents state that the move stems from a split within the governing majority. They argue that Ciarapica has abandoned the center-right coalition and the specific political program presented to voters during the 2022 administrative elections, instead adopting a political position outside of that original perimeter.

The motion will now proceed to the city council for discussion and a formal vote. The signatories have indicated that the motion remains open to any councilors who wish to join in calling for the end of the current administration.
