Civitanova political crisis as mayor revokes assessor's duties

Political tensions are rising in Civitanova following Mayor Fabrizio Ciarapica’s decision to revoke the urban planning responsibilities of assessor Roberta Belletti. This move has triggered a crisis within the local government, leading the Vince Civitanova civic list to announce a loss of political confidence in the mayor.

Fausto Troiani, representing the civic list, stated that the pact which formed the original majority has long been broken. The group is currently evaluating its next steps, which may include signing an opposition motion of no confidence or presenting a new one to formally sever ties with the administration.
