CKY releases new song featuring solo by late guitarist Brent Hinds

The band CKY has released a new song titled ‘Beware of the Heartless,’ which features a guitar solo recorded by the late Brent Hinds. Hinds, a former member of the band Mastodon, passed away last August following a motorcycle accident in Atlanta, Georgia.

CKY frontman Chad Ginsburg stated that the track had been stored on his computer and decided to release it to honor Hinds’ memory. The release comes nearly a year after Hinds' death. CKY is also rumored to be working on a new album titled ‘New Reason to Dream’ and has scheduled tour dates for 2026.
