CLAAS and Landini launch new tractor series

Major agricultural machinery manufacturers CLAAS and Landini have introduced new tractor series designed for enhanced efficiency and precision farming.

CLAAS has updated its six-cylinder tractor families with the ARION 6 CMATIC and AXION 8 CMATIC. The ARION 6 series offers compact, versatile models ranging from 145 to 205 horsepower, suitable for soil cultivation, mowing, and road transport. The AXION 8 CMATIC series targets heavy-duty field work with power outputs between 264 and 313 horsepower. Both series feature continuously variable CMATIC transmissions, adaptive traction control, and advanced driver support systems.

Landini has released its 7 series tractors, which feature Smart Cab technology and ISOBUS compatibility for precision agriculture. These models offer power outputs between 180 and 240 horsepower. The series utilizes a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) developed by ZF, which combines hydrostatic and mechanical power paths to optimize torque delivery and fuel efficiency. The Landini 7 series includes load-sensing hydraulics and is designed to improve operator comfort and operational efficiency.
