Claims Services launches multi-agent AI ecosystem for insurance claims

Claims Services, an Argentine insurtech, has launched a multi-agent artificial intelligence ecosystem designed to transform the management of partial automotive damage claims. Developed with technological support from Google Cloud, the ecosystem integrates specialized AI agents to handle various stages of the claims process.

The system includes specific agents: Inspector AI, Auditor AI, Classifier AI, and Negotiator AI. These tools are intended to assist insurers in evaluating damages, estimating repair efforts, auditing adjuster work, determining deductible thresholds, analyzing third-party liability, and conducting indemnity negotiations. CEO Leonardo Valseche stated that the goal is to rethink end-to-end claims management through agile and precise intelligent processes.
