Clandestine grave discovered by search collective in Uruapan

Members of the search collective ‘Madres Buscadoras con una Luz en el Corazón’ discovered a clandestine grave in an avocado orchard in the community of Cutzato, located south of Uruapan, Michoacán.

The remains, believed to belong to a man, were found in an advanced state of decomposition. Preliminary examinations indicate the individual had fractures to the skull and both legs. Investigators also recovered clothing, including dark Dickies trousers and black Calvin Klein underwear, as well as handcuffs at the scene.
