Clara Arte expands Inhotim resort with R$ 59.3 million investment

Clara Arte, located within the Instituto Inhotim in Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, is expanding its facilities with the opening of the Ala Galeria. Following an investment of R$ 59.3 million, the hotel is increasing its capacity from 46 to 76 accommodations.

The new wing is designed to be 100% accessible, utilizing universal design principles to accommodate guests with disabilities, reduced mobility, and families with small children. The expansion introduces several new room categories, including the Suíte Galeria and three new presidential suites, with the largest being the Presidencial 5.

Taiza Krueder, CEO of Clara Resorts, stated that the expansion aims to ensure new spaces dialogue with art and nature while enhancing the guest experience. The project also serves as a tribute to the 20th anniversary of the Instituto Inhotim.
