Claressa Shields responds to social media insults and personal jabs

Olympic boxer Claressa Shields has been involved in recent social media disputes regarding her professional projects and her personal relationship with rapper Papoose.

Shields recently addressed criticism following casting calls for her Zeus Network reality competition series, ‘GWOATS: Fight For Your Life’. An X account using the name Mona Scott posted insults directed at Shields and the production. Shields responded by defending the organization of the casting process and the quality of the participants.

Additionally, Shields responded to comments made by rapper Eazy The Block Captain. In a diss track and subsequent interviews, Eazy made remarks regarding the age difference between Shields and Papoose, as well as implying that Shields was being manipulated. Shields used social media to dismiss these claims, asserting her autonomy in the relationship.
