Clark County School District football enters final regular-season week

The Clark County School District (CCSD) independent high school football teams are entering the final week of the regular season. This season follows a new structure implemented after programs withdrew from the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association last spring.

Teams are competing for the inaugural Superintendents Cup. The 30 teams are organized into three 10-team divisions, each containing two five-team leagues. The top two teams from each league qualify for the Superintendents Cup crossover games on October 16, with winners advancing to the final on October 23.

In Division I, Arbor View has secured the No. 1 seed in the West League. Liberty and Coronado have both qualified from the East League, with their upcoming regular-season finale determining seeding for the crossover games. In the West League, Centennial and Shadow Ridge are competing for the final No. 2 seed spot.
