Claro Dominicana records highest workplace satisfaction in its history

Claro Dominicana announced that it achieved the best organizational climate in its history, with employee satisfaction reaching 93.7% and a retention rate of 94.21%. The survey, conducted by its parent company América Móvil using a standardized methodology applied across the region, included 84.38% of the workforce.

The company highlighted a strong culture of trust, belonging, leadership and professional growth. Employees have an average tenure of 13 years, and the firm recorded 375 promotions, with 54% of vacancies filled through internal mobility. More than 600 training programs delivered over 170,000 hours of learning, benefiting 98% of staff.

President Carlos Cueto emphasized that while technology transforms societies, people are the true drivers of change, and that fostering a supportive environment contributes to the future of the Dominican Republic and improves services for millions of Dominicans.
