Clasitech introduces AI agent SHISHI to support hospital digital transformation

Clasitech presented at the Hospital DX Summit 2026 Summer, focusing on implementing AI solutions that do not disrupt existing medical workflows. The company introduced its industry-specific AI agent, ‘SHISHI’, which assists with tasks such as drafting medical records through chat, suggesting necessary data points like vital signs or patient observations, and managing visit schedules.

Clasitech identified three primary barriers to digital transformation (DX) in hospitals: high workloads preventing project time, varying levels of digital literacy among staff, and the difficulty of replacing existing on-premise systems. To address these, the company advocates for an approach that minimizes operational changes by using flexible user interfaces—supporting voice, photos, and text—and ensuring compatibility with both cloud and on-premise systems.
