Teos Ancient City hosts classical music concert

The Teos Ancient City in Seferihisar hosted the ‘Melodies Touching History’ concert on October 9. Organized through a collaboration between the Seferihisar Municipality and the Izmir State Opera and Ballet, with support from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the event featured the EDPA Quartet.

Performing in the historic atmosphere of the ancient site, the quartet members—Ekin Güler Yavuz, Damla Açıkpazu, Arda İşler, and Pelin Odabaşı—played works by renowned composers including Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Albinoni, Tchaikovsky, and Piazzolla. The event aimed to reconnect the ancient city, historically known as a center for artists, with modern musical expression.
