Classical music performances scheduled in Cuneo and Jesi

Several musical events are scheduled in Italy. At the Conservatorio Ghedini in Cuneo, a trio consisting of Sergey Galaktionov, Francesco Cipolletta, and Andrea Cavuoto will perform on October 20. The program features Bedřich Smetana’s Trio in G minor op. 15 and Sergei Rachmaninov’s Trio élégiaque no. 2 in D minor op. 9, both works composed in response to personal loss. The concert also marks the official reopening of the Mosca Hall following renovations.

In Jesi, the premiere of ‘Orfeo e Dalsigre’ will take place on October 25 at the Hotel Federico II. This theatrical concert, part of the ‘Convivio Musicale’ series promoted by Fondazione Lanari and the Festival Barocco delle Marche, utilizes the original score of Giambattista Pergolesi’s ‘Quattro Cantate da camera’. The performance features sopranos Hilary Aeschliman and Emma Alessi Innocenti, accompanied by the Orchestra Barocca delle Marche directed by Federico Guglielmo.
