Classys appoints former Bain & Company partner as CCO

Classys has established a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) position and appointed Bae Jeong-hee, a former partner at Bain & Company, to the role. Bae will also serve as the head of the newly formed Go-to-Market (GTM) Center.

Following a recent organizational restructuring, Classys has integrated its marketing, domestic sales, and overseas sales divisions under the GTM Center. Bae, who has extensive experience in AI and digital strategy and has worked across 30 countries, is tasked with leading global expansion into key markets including the Americas, China, and Europe.

The appointment follows the recent recruitment of other high-level executives, including CEO Yoon Jun-oh and CTO Kim Taek-soo. Through these leadership reinforcements, Classys aims to accelerate growth and reach its goal of $1 billion in revenue by 2030 by leveraging data and AI-driven marketing operations.
