Anthropic launches Claude Reflect dashboard to visualize AI usage

Anthropic has introduced a new beta feature for its Claude chatbot called Reflect. The dashboard lets users review their interaction patterns over the past 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, highlighting frequent topics, common task types (e.g., drafting documents, scheduling) and peak usage windows. It visualises data in charts similar to year‑in‑review services while keeping conversation content private.

Reflect also embeds digital‑wellbeing tools: users can set quiet‑hours, receive nudges to take breaks, and answer reflective prompts such as “What would you still want to do yourself even if Claude could do it faster?” The feature is available immediately for Free, Pro and Max plans provided Memory is enabled. Anthropic says the data shown are already collected by Claude and are not used for any other purpose, reinforcing its privacy‑focused positioning.

The rollout follows a broader push to give professionals more control over AI assistance, with Anthropic positioning Claude as a collaborative partner rather than a purely performance‑driven model.
