Claude and Milo Hauri to perform cello duo concert in Chieti
The Teatro Marrucino in Chieti is hosting a cello duo concert featuring Claude Hauri and his son, Milo Hauri, as part of its 2026 concert season. The performance, scheduled for Sunday, September 27, showcases a repertoire that spans classical works and contemporary music.
Claude Hauri is an internationally recognized cellist known for his solo and chamber music performances, including collaborations with various composers and multidisciplinary projects. Milo Hauri, also known as Milo Ferrazzini, is a young talent who began studying the instrument at age four and has performed in prestigious venues such as the Musikverein in Vienna.
The program includes works by composers such as F. A. Kummer, M. Ferrazzini, M. Steinauer, G. Rossini, J. J. F. Dotzauer, N. Paganini, D. van Goens, D. Popper, and V. Monti. Artistic director Giuliano Mazzoccante noted that the duo offers a unique combination of interpretative maturity and youthful talent.
