Claudia Pătrășcanu and Gabi Bădălău in custody dispute

A legal and personal dispute between singer Claudia Pătrășcanu and businessman Gabi Bădălău has escalated regarding the custody of their young son, Nicolas. Pătrășcanu has appealed to authorities, claiming she has not seen her son for nearly four months and alleging that the child is in danger due to the father's failure to follow school attendance requirements and legal rulings.

Pătrășcanu stated she obtained a presidential ordinance to have the child return to her home in Constanța, but claims this has not been implemented. She further denied allegations that Bădălău assisted in her property purchases, attributing her assets to her own work and her parents' efforts.

Gabi Bădălău has responded via social media, urging the public not to draw conclusions based on internet posts. He claims the child has expressed a desire to live with him and attend a school closer to his residence. Bădălău maintains that the boy is happy and suggests that the child has previously refused to return to his mother and grandmother, noting that these sentiments were expressed before authorities including the police and child protection services.
