Claudia Villafañe's open‑plan kitchen highlighted among modern white kitchen designs
A collection of fifteen modern white kitchens demonstrates how the color can amplify light, create a sense of spaciousness and showcase a variety of materials such as wood, marble, glass and metal. The designs range from forest‑bordered homes to compact Parisian apartments, each using white as a unifying backdrop for different textures and functional details.
Claudia Villafañe’s own kitchen follows a similar minimalist aesthetic but adds personal touches. The space integrates the living area with an open‑plan layout, featuring glossy black cabinetry that hides appliances, a large pantry, a marble‑topped island that serves both as a workspace and a gathering spot, and bold red stools. Lighting combines recessed spots with natural daylight, while decorative items like spice jars, wooden boards and a MasterChef trophy personalize the environment.
