Argentina judicial updates: convictions and legal rulings
Argentina is seeing several significant judicial developments across various criminal and corruption cases. In Tierra del Fuego, the Superior Tribunal of Justice unanimously revoked the preventive detention of Carlos Hipólito Córdoba, former general secretary of ATE, allowing him to remain free under bond while his five-year sentence for fraud related to social housing is appealed.
