Claxton's releases three exclusive single cask whiskies for Germany

Independent Scottish bottler Claxton's has released three exclusive single cask bottlings for the German market through distributor Kirsch Import. The selection includes a Port Dundas 2000 single grain whisky aged for 25 years in an ex-Oloroso sherry quarter cask, and two single malts: a Dailuaine 2012 aged 14 years and a Caol Ila 2016 aged 10 years. Both the Dailuaine and Caol Ila were matured in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

These releases are bottled at cask strength and are available in the German specialist trade. Prices for the 0.7-liter bottles range between 79.90 and 99.90 euros. Due to the use of small casks, some expressions have limited availability, with certain batches containing only a few dozen bottles.
