CleanCore signs $800 million AI colocation deal with Cerebras in Minnesota

Cleaning‑products company CleanCore Solutions, which holds a Dogecoin treasury valued at about $44 million, has entered a 10‑year colocation agreement with AI‑compute firm Cerebras. The contract is estimated at $800 million over the initial term and involves a Minnesota data‑centre built on a $479 million budget. CleanCore will own 79% of the joint venture, may contribute up to $500 million, and is scheduled to make an initial $40 million payment ($25 million at closing and up to $15 million within four business days). About 20 MW of power has already been connected to support an initial 15 MW computing load.

CleanCore reported $4.1 million in cash and $13 million in restricted cash as of March 31, with an accumulated deficit of roughly $169 million. The filing did not confirm that the contract has closed or that any payments have been made, and the source of funding—whether from Dogecoin sale proceeds, a stock‑sale facility, or other means—remains undisclosed.
