Cleaning trends in Poland shift toward self-care and mental well-being
Changing attitudes toward household chores in Poland suggest that cleaning is increasingly viewed as a form of self-care, particularly among millennials. A study conducted by SW Research for Versuni indicates that 68% of respondents associate a clean home with mental clarity, while 37% report that clutter hinders their ability to focus and rest.
For many, maintaining order provides a sense of control and tranquility. Younger generations, such as Gen Z, are also integrating cleaning into their lifestyles by pairing the activity with music or podcasts to create a personalized experience.
In addition to shifting psychological perspectives, domestic cleaning efficiency can be enhanced through simple DIY methods. One suggested technique involves creating an antistatic spray using a mixture of one part fabric softener and four parts water. Adding hair conditioner to the mix can further smooth surfaces to slow dust accumulation.
