ClearVC shortlisted for AV Awards following Autotrader HQ project

Manchester-based technology provider ClearVC has been shortlisted for two categories at the AV Awards 2026 following the completion of a major technology deployment at Autotrader’s new headquarters. The company is a contender for ‘Integrator of the Year’ and ‘Corporate Project of the Year.’

The two-year project supported the relocation of over 1,000 employees to the Manchester site. Working with principal contractor Oktra, ClearVC delivered 44 meeting rooms, 14 collaboration spaces, and 26 meeting pods featuring integrated room booking. Key installations include a 24.4-metre curved LED reception canvas and a multi-purpose auditorium equipped with a 12m x 3.6m LED display.

Autotrader’s workplace project manager, David Grierson, emphasized the importance of the systems being fully operational from the first day of occupation to maintain business productivity. The project integrated technology from various partners, including Sony, Shure, Sennheiser, and Yealink.
