Cleber Ribas met with Dataprev officials amid Federal Police investigation
Cleber Ribas de Oliveira, an entrepreneur and associate of Fábio Luís Lula da Silva (known as Lulinha), met with Dataprev executives on three occasions during the current administration in Brasília. Records obtained via the Access to Information Law reveal meetings in August 2023, December 2024, and October 2025.
The most recent meeting on October 7, 2025, was with Alan do Nascimento Santos, the former Director of Relationship and Business, who was removed from his position by the Supreme Federal Court following investigations into the 'Operação Sem Desconto' regarding improper INSS benefit deductions. Previous meetings involved Dataprev's president, Rodrigo Assumpção, and the Director of Technology and Operations, Ricardo Borges.
Dataprev stated it has no records regarding the specific topics discussed during these meetings and clarified that the state-owned company holds no direct contracts with Ribas's company, 3Structure IT Ltda. Ribas's defense maintains that these were routine technical visits intended to present technological solutions and services.
The Federal Police are investigating Ribas for suspected corruption and influence peddling, examining potential links between him, Lulinha, and other lobbyists in efforts to secure federal government contracts.
