Clemson Baseball Assistant Coach Nick Schnabel Resigns

Assistant Head Coach Nick Schnabel is leaving the Clemson Tigers baseball program after four seasons. Since the 2023 season he served as hitting coach, infielders coach and recruiting coordinator, helping the team achieve 164 victories, three consecutive regional host seasons (2023‑2025) and the 2023 ACC championship.

Schnabel, who previously worked with Head Coach Erik Bakich at Michigan (2013‑2022) and played at East Carolina, said, “I want to thank every player for their hard work and the memories we’ll always share… I will always be grateful for my time at Clemson.” He will launch a consulting business aimed at assisting players and families with the recruiting process.
