Cleopatra virtual reality experience opens in Brussels and Paris

A new virtual reality experience titled ‘Cleopatra, the Destiny of Egypt’ is being hosted in both Brussels and Paris. The immersive journey follows the life of the last queen of the Ptolemaic dynasty, allowing participants to explore historical settings including the palace of Alexandria, the Nile, the Giza pyramids, the temples of Isis, and the Battle of Actium.

In Brussels, the exhibition is located at Plein Publiek BXL at Mont des Arts and runs from October 25 to November 15, 2026. The 30-minute VR experience is suitable for ages 7 and up.

In Paris, the experience is hosted on the fifth floor of the BHV Marais department store and will run until January 3, 2027. The exhibition includes a one-hour visit featuring a 30-minute immersion. The production was developed with the assistance of four historians and Egyptologists, featuring narration by Lorànt Deutsch and the voice of Féodor Atkine as Julius Caesar.
