Clermont-Ferrand hosts employment support workshop for housing sector

On September 17, a professional workshop focused on employment support within the housing and accommodation sector was held in Clermont-Ferrand. Organized by FAS AURA and funded by DDETS63, the event targeted approximately fifty professionals.

The session addressed the ‘Housing First’ public policy and the national strategy for employment access for individuals in accommodation structures, as presented by DIHAL. Discussions included the ‘Employment First’ approach and the socio-historical concepts of participation and empowerment. To continue these efforts, FAS AURA plans to facilitate a ‘community of practices’ in the department between September and December 2026.
