Cleveland Group opens new depot in Doncaster

Cleveland Group has opened a new depot in Doncaster as part of its ongoing national expansion across the United Kingdom. The new facility is intended to strengthen the company’s ability to serve customers in South Yorkshire and the broader Yorkshire region, specifically supporting the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Based in Stockton-on-Tees, the Cleveland Group includes Cleveland Containers, Cleveland Modular, and Cleveland Hire. The company provides shipping containers, modular buildings, site accommodation, and bespoke conversion solutions. Following an initial investment from LDC in 2022, the business has more than doubled its headcount from 45 to 118 employees.

CEO Andrew Thompson stated that Doncaster was a natural choice due to significant regional demand. The new site joins existing company locations in Newport, Middlesbrough, Ashby de la Zouch, and Cambuslang.
