Cleveland police search for missing Maryland man

Cleveland police are searching for Phoenix Phillips, a 24-year-old man from the Baltimore area, who disappeared after traveling to Cleveland for a football game between the Steelers and the Browns.

Phillips was last seen around 6 a.m. on Friday, October 2, near West 10th Street, West Superior Avenue, and the Robert Lockwood area. Authorities stated that Phillips became separated from the individual he was traveling with and may be traveling on foot.

Detectives are currently investigating the area where he was last seen, reviewing surveillance video, and following tips. The Cleveland Division of Police has described the circumstances of his disappearance as “concerning.”

Phillips is described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. The organization Cleveland Missing is assisting his family, who have traveled to Cleveland to help with the search.
