Clever Media Group has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Doğan Media International S.A., marking one of the most significant transactions in the Romanian media market. The acquisition is being executed through the company Romanian Content Project S.R.L., which is owned by Clever Media Network S.R.L. and EAD. RO Interactive S.R.L.

The deal includes the entire portfolio of Doğan Media International, which features the television stations Kanal D and Kanal D2, the radio station Radio Impuls, and a digital division.
