Cliff Richard announces 48th studio album ‘Only Number Ones’

Sir Cliff Richard has announced his 48th studio album, titled ‘Only Number Ones’, scheduled for release on November 27. The 85-year-old musician will perform covers of number-one hits spanning eight decades, including tracks by The Beatles, Elvis Presley, and Harry Styles.

Recorded in February, the 12-track album features renditions of songs such as ‘Sign Of The Times’ by Harry Styles, ‘From Me To You’ by The Beatles, and ‘Spirit In The Sky’ by Norman Greenbaum. A deluxe edition will also include 14 of Richard’s own UK number-one singles, such as ‘The Young Ones’ and ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’.

To celebrate his upcoming 86th birthday, Richard will host an afternoon tea event at the InterContinental Hotel in London on October 15. Fans who pre-order the album through his official store during a specified window in September will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the event.
