Càlig celebrates patron saint festivities with high participation

Càlig recently held its patron saint festivities in honor of the Mare de Déu del Socors. The weekend-long celebration included a variety of religious and social events, such as a choral concert by the Orfeó Vinarossenc and a musical parade led by the Agrupació Musical Vila de Càlig.

Community activities featured a large public meal where 500 portions of paella were distributed, alongside traditional dances performed by the Colla de Dansaires de Càlig. Local authorities noted high levels of participation from residents throughout the scheduled programming.
