Clima Group launches holding to integrate organizational culture, internal communication and branding services

Clima Comunicação announced the creation of Clima Group, a holding that brings together firms specialized in organizational culture, internal communication, institutional branding and data analytics. The new ecosystem is intended to shift these functions from isolated support activities to strategic pillars that can boost reputation, performance and sustainable results.

CEO Alexandre Hampf explained that the group’s integrated model, which includes the Commprove platform for measuring the impact of internal communication, aims to help companies turn culture into a competitive advantage and treat communication as a strategic asset.
