Clime Investment Management posts strong FY26 results, completes overhaul
Clime Investment Management Limited (ASX: CIW) released its June quarter update, showing a marked improvement in investment outcomes for the 2026 financial year. The group reported a gross portfolio return of 17% from Clime Capital Limited and funds under management and advice of approximately $2.5 billion, a 1.4% decline over the quarter. The board recommended a final dividend of 0.5 cents per share, pending audit approval.
The company said its strategic transformation, begun about 18 months ago, is now substantially complete. The overhaul simplified the operating model, reduced complexity and improved scalability. Key actions included selling the retail client book, forming a strategic partnership for Clime Advice AFSL, restructuring its investment in James Street Private Wealth, selling the Clime International and All Cap Funds, agreeing terms for the Vertium Fund sale, and restructuring Clime SMA and MDA product solutions into a joint venture. For FY27 the firm will focus on expanding asset‑consulting mandates, growing recurring institutional revenue and further integrating strategic partnerships.
