Clinicorp integrates online appointment scheduling with Google

Clinicorp has announced an integration with Google that allows aesthetic and dental clinics to offer an “Online Appointment” button directly on their Google Search and Google Maps profiles. This feature enables clients to select procedures, professionals, dates, and times without needing to make a phone call.

Once a client requests a time, the clinic receives the request for approval. Upon approval, the appointment is automatically added to the clinic's schedule. To utilize this, clinics must have a verified Google Business Profile and ensure that their profile information, such as name and address, matches the data in the Clinicorp system.

Effective digital presence for these clinics also involves maintaining a complete Google Business Profile with updated photos and reviews, as well as a clear website detailing services, professional registration numbers, and accepted insurance. Clinics must also adhere to professional council regulations regarding advertising and patient privacy.
