Cloud蝶科技 secures hundreds of millions in Series B+ funding for embodied AI

Guangzhou-based Cloud蝶科技 (Cloud蝶 Technology) has announced the successful completion of a Series B+ funding round totaling several hundred million yuan. The round included investments from StellarS Capital, Asia United Infrastructure, and Changzhe Investment.

The capital will be utilized to iterate on core embodied intelligence technologies and accelerate the large-scale deployment of robots in real-world scenarios. The company aims to improve robot reliability, cross-scenario deployment efficiency, and long-term service capabilities.

Cloud蝶科技 focuses on integrating large models and agent technology to serve industries such as hospitality, property management, medical care, and industrial inspection. The company utilizes its RoboForge system-level embodied intelligence brain and WING task-oriented robot family to transition from laboratory research to commercial delivery through a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
