CloudSEK expands DACH presence as Austrian leaders discuss military-business leadership

CloudSEK, an AI-native cyber threat intelligence platform, has appointed Oliver Ott as Regional Sales Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Ott, who previously held a leadership role at Thales DIS, will focus on expanding enterprise business, securing strategic clients, and developing a partner ecosystem within the region.

In Austria, Leitbetriebe Austria and the Federal Ministry of Defence hosted a discussion titled ‘Wirtschaft trifft Militär’ (Business meets Military) at the Museum of Military History in Vienna. The event explored leadership strategies, resilience, and decision-making under pressure. Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner emphasized the potential for sharing competencies in areas such as training, personnel development, logistics, and organization between the private sector and the Austrian Armed Forces.
