Clover Call Centre Learnership Programme Offers 18 Positions in Roodepoort, Gauteng

Clover is recruiting 18 unemployed South African youth for its 2026 Call Centre Learnership Programme at the Clover Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, Gauteng. Applicants must have completed Grade 12 (or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification) between 2021 and 2025, achieved at least 55 % in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, possess advanced computer literacy, and have no prior learnership experience. The application deadline is 31 July 2026.

Successful learners will spend the duration of the programme working in the call centre while attending prescribed classroom training. On completion they will receive an NQF qualification and gain practical experience in inbound/outbound customer service, order capture, product promotion and related call‑centre operations.
